Dr Ayobami O. Oyedare
Dr. Ayobami Oyedare serves as the Director of the Africa Desk for the office of the Rt. Hon. JD Waverley, an independent member of the House of Lords in the British Parliament. In this role, he provides policy guidance, advice, direction, and institutional linkages that support Lord JD Waverley's interests in Africa. In addition to his role with Lord Waverley, he oversees the Ooni of Ife Global Outreach (OIGO), an international organization established by His Imperial Majesty, the Ooni of Ife. As the Chief Executive of OIGO, he leverages his extensive experience in strategic planning, coordinates business development, trade partnerships, investment opportunities, and policy advocacy to foster international collaborations. With a career spanning two decades, Dr. Ayobami is recognized for his leadership in transnational education and professional engagements. He is adept at promoting exceptional leadership, transnational capacity development, nurturing Africa's workforce of the future, and driving initiatives that contribute to youths’ development, community economic growth, and entrepreneurial culture in Africa. Known for his interdisciplinary approach and institutional networking, Dr. Ayobami excels at providing professional engagements for institutions that seek to articulate their strategic plans clearly and insightfully. . Dr. Ayobami Oyedare holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Dr. Phil.) degree from the Hanover University of Music, Drama, and Media in Germany. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom. Prior to these achievements, he completed both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees at the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary (NBTS) in Nigeria.

Thomas Anthonia Omobola
Thomas Anthonia Omobola, FIMC, demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing and delivering transformational training programs for public servants over a distinguished civil service career spanning more than three decades. As the Director of Programs Coordination, Studies, and Learning at the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN) under the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of Nigeria, she oversaw administration, faculty management, stakeholder engagement, and developing high-quality training initiatives and curriculum. Holding advanced degrees in Health Planning Management and Sociology of Education, Omobola's contributions were recognised through numerous awards, including the Federal Government University Merit Award, University of Ife Postgraduate Fellowship Award and the Federal Ministry of Health Merit Award. She published several books as well as significant works on public administration training, coordinated World Bank projects like the States Fiscal Transparency, Accountability, and Sustainability Program (SFTAS), and participated in international benchmarking study tours and training programs across the globe, including in the United Kingdom, South Korea, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, and Rwanda. A Fellow and Licensed Consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants and an accredited trainer with the Centre for Management Development Nigeria, she actively contributed to various government committees and initiatives focused on public service improvement. Her interests included reading, writing, travelling, and social work, and she is proficient in English and Yoruba.

Mr. Adeyemi A. Adekunle
Mr. Adeyemi Adekunle is a business and strategic consultant with extensive experience in various industries, including IT, health, automotive, and telecommunications sectors. He is a commercially astute individual and a business owner with over two decades of experience building startups, overseeing and directing budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, and mergers & acquisitions, while building strong business and working relationships within these sectors and beyond. Currently, Yemi owns a business in the automotive industry in London and is a part-owner in a franchise business in Morrison's, UK. He is on the verge of kick-starting a haulage partnership business and a retail business in England. Significantly, Yemi values business and policy engagement with like-minded business and political individuals. He enjoys sharing ideas on the need for good policy-making, transparency, good governance, and engaging with Nigerian youths on the importance of economic transformation in Nigeria and Africa. He encourages young people to strive for excellence in their fields of study and work. Yemi Adekunle holds a BA degree in Development and International Studies from Middlesex University, London, a Master’s in Business Administration and Strategic Management from the University of Wales – Cardiff, and a diploma in Business Analysis from the British Computer Society.
